Through the systematic implementation of the “Five Internationalizations” strategic pathway—namely the internationalization of faculty, students, disciplines and curriculum, teaching and research, and campus—the University organically integrates the “Three Alls” education philosophy (fostering students through all-staff, whole-process and all-round education) into the entire process of international exchange and cooperation. It is committed to cultivating high-caliber talents with excellent language proficiency, solid professional competence, and outstanding global competence, and actively serves the national opening-up strategy and the regional development of Jilin Province.
