The Master of International Business (MIB) degree program aims to cultivate applied, interdisciplinary, and high-level professionals who can adapt to complex international economic, political, and cultural environments. Graduates of this program will possess relevant knowledge in the field of international business, master modern business practices, and have strong foreign language proficiency, enabling them to excel in international business operations and management roles in multinational corporations, foreign-related enterprises, government departments, international organizations, and social groups. The program offers multiple specialized directions, including International Trade Practices and Cross-border E-commerce.

The School of International Business, which houses the MIB program, was designated as a “National Training Base for International Business Talent” in 2014. The program is supported by a highly qualified faculty with international practical experience. The program implements a dual-mentor system, with professional mentors being senior professionals with extensive practical experience in the field of international business. Students can choose to study business topics in multiple languages and across various countries and regions, with a teaching model that combines bilingual instruction and full English courses taught by foreign instructors. Graduates have diverse career paths, including roles in enterprises and institutions such as the China National Aero-Engine Group, Bank of China, Bank of Beijing, and COFCO Group, as well as opportunities to become civil servants, university teachers, or pursue doctoral studies.
