The Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program is committed to cultivating applied and internationally oriented senior professionals with a solid foundation in business management theory, strong capabilities in leveraging new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to solve practical management problems, and proficient skills in professional and second foreign languages. Graduates of this program will possess a global perspective, local awareness, strategic thinking, and a sense of social responsibility, enabling them to take on management roles in various enterprises, government departments, non-profit organizations, especially multinational corporations and government foreign affairs departments. The program relies on the Jilin Provincial Case Teaching and Research Center for Economics and Management to conduct case studies in collaboration with enterprises. Professional courses incorporate international business cases for case-based teaching. A dual-mentor system involving both academic and professional experts is adopted, with senior corporate executives co-teaching courses. Over 80% of the faculty have overseas study or work experience. Diverse professional and experimental training and internship opportunities are tailored to students’ career aspirations. A bilingual teaching model is adopted, featuring co-teaching by Chinese and foreign instructors, optional second foreign language courses, overseas study tours and internships, and international credit exchange programs, all aimed at developing students’ comprehensive management capabilities in a global context.

The MBA program has established internship and practical training bases in collaboration with major domestic and international enterprises such as FAW Group, Jilin Forest Industry, Changbai International Travel, Beijing JD.com, Germany’s BASF, France’s Decathlon, and the United States’ Disney. Additionally, the program engages in management consulting, case development, research projects, course practices, and professional internships with numerous small and medium-sized start-ups, providing students with a wide range of internship and practical training opportunities.
