Recently, the opening ceremony for the Jilin International Studies University International Study Program 2025: National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) Program was held at the Global Village. A delegation of 72 faculty members and students from HSE of Russia will embark on a 21-day study tour.

Song Dandan, Dean of the School of International Exchange and Director of the Office of International Exchanges and Cooperation, delivered a speech at the ceremony. She emphasized that the study camp serves not only as an exploration of knowledge but also as a valuable opportunity to enhance mutual understanding and build lasting friendships between the youth of China and Russia. During the opening ceremony, all Russian faculty and students participated in four engaging ice-breaking games, which effectively helped them connect with one another.

This study program marks the second participation of HSE University in Jilin International Studies University’s program. With a core focus on Chinese language learning, supplemented by a diverse range of cultural tours and experiential activities, the program aims to lay a solid foundation for future academic exchanges and mutual faculty-student visits between the two institutions, thereby further deepening educational collaboration.
