On the afternoon of March 7thand morning of March 8th, the Jilin delegation examined annual reports on plan and budget in a plenary meeting and panel discussion respectively. The delegation leader, Bayanqolu,and deputy heads Jing Junhai, Tao Zhiguo, Jin Zhenji and Che Xiulan joined in the deliberation. Minister of Water Resources E Jingping and heads from the State Council and other related ministries and commissions were also present to listen to proposals.
President Qin He attended the deliberation and contributed some remarks of her own. She proposed that we should further adjust the educational structure, take targeted measures to maintain moderately stable scales of higher education, and speed up the establishment of programs that connect education and employment.
